UNDERGRADUATE TOWER

Standard Rooms

All student standard rooms are identical in size and furnishings.

Wired and wireless broadband internet is available in every room.

Each room includes: built in desk, cupboard and shelves, a heater and study light.

En-suite Rooms

Each residential level has one large student room with an ensuite bathroom. They are typically in demand by senior students or residential staff.

These rooms have a commanding view over the UNSW campus.

Floor Living Rooms

Each of the 5 residential floors has a common room. These rooms are decorated with comfortable sofas and a kitchenette (equipped with a sink, microwave oven, fridge, etc).

Common rooms are a focal point for “floor” life, a place to meet for “coffee club” on most week nights, a movie or to gather informally for a chat.

Bathrooms

On each floor there are 3 bathrooms with showers, toilets and wash basins. Bathrooms are cleaned three times per week and provide privacy for several users at a time.

Laundry

A common laundry is located on the 7th floor of the college building. It offers easy-to-use washing machines, dryers and room for hanging clothes. The cost for using machines is included in the semester fee. Residents need to supply their own laundry powder.

GRADUATE WING

The graduate wing accommodates seven guests in private suites. These rooms are ideally suited to visiting academics and postgraduate students. Each suite includes air-conditioning, a telephone, Internet access and storage space.

Guests of the graduate wing have access to the guest lounge and a kitchenette.
